2. Scope of services and of these terms
Through this site we present market-position valuation, preparing a property for market, advice and preparation for letting, advisory services for owners and investors, and bookkeeping and tax support relating to income from property.
Brokerage services in real-estate transactions are not covered by these terms and are not offered through this site.
3. Information is general
Content published on this site is general in nature. It does not constitute tax, legal or investment advice and cannot replace a review of your specific situation.
Croatian rules on property and taxation change, and their application depends on individual circumstances and on the local authority concerned. Please contact us or consult a professional before making a decision.
4. Enquiries through the form
Sending an enquiry places no obligation on you or on us. An enquiry is neither an offer nor a concluded contract. We aim to reply within two working days.
Data from the form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Accuracy of property information
Information about properties is obtained from owners or from public sources and verified so far as is reasonable. We do not warrant the accuracy of information we could not independently verify, and we recommend inspecting the land registry entry and documentation before any decision.
6. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, the mark and graphic design on this site belong to Artemida Property d.o.o. or are used with the rights holder's permission. Reproduction or publication without written permission is not permitted.
7. Liability
We maintain the site with due care but are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability of the site, or from use of information without first checking the specific situation. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.
8. Complaints
Complaints may be sent in writing to the registered office or to dijana@artemidaproperty.hr. We respond within 15 days of receipt.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court in Zadar shall have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version in force is always published on this page, with its effective date at the top.
